      1) Good working environment 2) Good infrastructure

      Inconvénients

      At HCL, 1) You won't be paid more, even if you go a level up in designation 2) HR spends much time to implement practices which are absolute waste of time for employees. 3) The system to review employee's performance is worst 4) To see an overall rise of 50% hike from intial CTC, employees will have to spend atleast 10 years

      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
