      Good learning scope for 0 - 6 years exp resources . Work life balance is ok

      Inconvénients

      HCL focuses more on margins and not delivery. Not a good place for senior level. Policies are not employee friendly

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
