      Avantages

      Its completely subjective to the contract you have and your management team. For me its mostly hands off and no oversight.

      Inconvénients

      lack of raises the whole 6 years ive been employed with HCL . no one cares about you or your career, they just want to check off the box on their project task sheet so they can look good.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
