if you are proactive and with sufficient skills, you will make you way thru the crowd and will land up some good projects and role... and get some good exposure..
Inconvénients
salary is only for indispensable resources... for others its a battle you fight every year during appraisals... also growth cannot be guaranteed only with performance.. relationship with managers is also important..
