      Avantages

      You have a opportunity to be paid for a year straight without having to do too much if they cannot place you.

      Inconvénients

      Can’t really think of any aside from them having too many home brewed legacy apps for internal use. Management could be better, they don’t really take the time to get to know their employee base. At least here in the US.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
