      Good stepping stone for recent college grads who need experience

      Inconvénients

      pay is WAY lower than industry average. They focus more on delivering product over quality. This is because they are one of the lowest bidders for Microsoft. My PM let the Microsoft managers run all over the team. Had the swim or drown mentality

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
