1. As a hard core Indian we believe in politics because we are politicians by birth not engineers. Accidentally we have joined the IT companies as we cant compete with the leaders of parliament. 2. Salary and promotions are heart pain even if you got R2 rating in appraisal but if you are good in buttering then no matter whether you are eligible or not, you'll get some treat. 3. HCL is not for freshers it will ruin your career, I Joined the HCL as a developer but worked on service desk then switched on testing. 4. Vast salary deference e.g. A 7 years of experience guy can have 3 LPA.
