      Avantages

      1. Employee friendly company (HR send reminders to project teams, to use yearly catalyst amount, not-strict on dress code, option to up-skill, etc.). 2. Yearly appraisal is open and fair. 3. Management process Visa for people who stay longer in the project. No need to push hard as in competitor companies. 4. Managers are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      1. If stayed long, salary doesn't get revised to market standard (salary get revised though.) 2. Performance bonus are based on project/account performance and individual performance. If project performance is bad, then individual performance rating goes down.

      Autonomy, good leadership, support from the top.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
