      Work life balance Not much pressure. Flexible timings Indian MNC so job security is very good

      Inconvénients

      If you stay for long your salary with respect to laterals will have huge gap. No process of having min package at certain experience or promotion after certain years

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
