      You have a friendly environment to work with good career and financial growth. Also job security is the most important thing in HCL, they always value their employees.

      Inconvénients

      Sometime the rotational shifts, will cause trouble but we need to work as per the customer requirement which is most common in all companies

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
