      Avantages

      Freedom. People driven company. If some one wanted to utilize his/her skill, HCL is the best place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Some time there is a challenge to convince our own internal customers in any organization. But, HCL work culture is somewhat different. Employee can easily access to top level people.

      It was a job. Pros??? None

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
