OK to get foot in the door, as they aren't very good at investigating background or interviewing people. Start out here and leave after a year.
Inconvénients
They make it unnecessarily difficult to recoup business expenses, and in many cases will try to rip you off. Contractors who pay out of pocket will likely never get reimbursed (I know several people out thousands) . Their web portal is extremely buggy, and after filling out their claims section, balances will magically get zeroed out, necessitating a ticket. You will spend as much time trying to recoup your money as you make hourly. And once that is done, it takes six weeks to get reimbursed. They WILL try to screw you out of your last paycheck (happened to me, happened to a colleague) They will also hold paychecks from contractors trying to screw them out of overtime. They will ask someone to work overtime, then withhold the check and claim they never approved said overtime. This happened to multiple people I worked with
