      Avantages

      1. flexible timings. 2. Work life balance depends on project to project . So no thumbs rule. 3. Learning is dependent on project

      Inconvénients

      1. Client rarely outsource quality work here. 2. Each year increments are very less around 5 to 7 % average. 3. Each day new policy arrives which would keep you wondering .... my god we have this thing only and it is also taken away from us. 4. Mostly people at lower level are dissatisfied here mostly with their salary.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
