Avantages

Process driven organisation which empowers its employees to develop skills and build unmatched talents / teams. I worked in the ASM space and learnt a lot , HCL establishes a predictable methodology across the organization by defining, supporting and governing a Unified Application Support and Maintenance (ASM)services across verticals and horizontals.

Inconvénients

Business and ASM / AD managed services delivery is not aligned this leads to escalations and delivery issues. There must a core team to lead an initiative to align business with delivery. Contracts are signed without proper due diligence this leads to delivery slippages and escalations.

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

Inconvénients

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
