      -Dynamic. -Adventurous. -Can do spirit. -Ability to respond rapidly. -Very hands on management. -Winning business in depressed market.

      Inconvénients

      -Unstructured. -Technicians promoted to management roles. -Rapid adoption ot text book processes making it very bureaucratic. -Support functions not empowered and disablers rather than enablers. -Anything to win a deal mentality leading to significant contract delivery issues globally. -Not a good place to develop your career.

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
