      Flexible schedule, decent health care & matching 401(k)

      Inconvénients

      While your schedule can be flexible, it will also require working in PST & IST times. You're practically on-call all day and every day. No room for growth. No reinvestment into US based employees. I was frequently the ONLY woman in meetings full of Indian men. Huge lack of diversity.

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
