      Avantages

      The policies and departments have been designed and work keeping in mind the fact that employees are its driving force. Even in case of extremes, HCL is an organization that can be expected to stand by its employees even in times of recession.

      Inconvénients

      Did not find anything bad that can be blamed on the company or any of its policies.
