      1) No work pressure 2)Excellent campus.(well equipped gym, Cafeterias) 3)Cab facility

      Inconvénients

      1)9.30 working hours is too harsh. HCL should value its employee's time. 2)Salary. Very less in hand when compared to CTC. 3) Personal interest of freshers are not cared. They are put in wherever requirement is present.
