      Avantages

      Great work culture, amazing bonding between the employees, Manager is supportive; Never faced a better env till date. work was shared. Hierarchical dependencies are not concentrated only on the reporting manager thus making it easy and employees are heard. My Manager helped me a lot when I was looking for a job change, and he even help me prepare my CV. He is still now my good friend, Also HCL gives good hike when you are joining as an experienced guy. Enormous Job Security and you never have to worry about loosing your job, how much ever bad your performance is.

      Inconvénients

      *Lot of hassles if you want to go for training or role change; People in HCL will suggest you change your job and then come again to change your role rather than tying for IJP and internal movement. *Very less hikes in course of Promotion/annual increment. (e.g. once a guy in my project got annual hike of Rs 250, my colleague got promoted and only got an increment of rs 1800 a month ) *Works like govt organisation and lot of process are very slow,

      Some processes could be more organized as the company continues to grow. Communication between teams can sometimes be improved.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      Inconvénients

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
