*Lot of hassles if you want to go for training or role change; People in HCL will suggest you change your job and then come again to change your role rather than tying for IJP and internal movement.
*Very less hikes in course of Promotion/annual increment. (e.g. once a guy in my project got annual hike of Rs 250, my colleague got promoted and only got an increment of rs 1800 a month )
*Works like govt organisation and lot of process are very slow,
