      1. Great learning opportunities, if we get into good project. 2. Great Work Life Balance. 3. Good Onsite chances even for freshers from testing domain. 4. Good freedom with managers, if performance is good.

      Inconvénients

      1. Poor Hikes and we end up earning very less if stayed for long time
