      Avantages

      Good salary for lateral, Managers have full liberty no one interferes even if they are doing unethical or personal.

      Inconvénients

      Very poor management practice, Senior management never talks to his team, mine sits just 2 mtr away from my desk, have never seen talking to any engineer, not even formal talks, not sure how he will be rating us in our appraisals, 360 degree is not practical its only on papers.

      Pretty much everything. Poor management, poor communication, bad pay, No one respects you or your work in the company.
