      Good onsite opportunities, even in 1st yr of job HR policies especially for women employess Flexible timings(depending on projects) Extra curricular activities

      Inconvénients

      HCL has low hikes after appraisals every year Has low learning curve, they don't care what you want to work on, nobody is interested in career interest
