Avantages
I loved my work – got to learn many technologies (weblogic , mq , webservices , sql servers , tibco , many more… )
Inconvénients
- A typical Indian Service based company, full of bureaucracy and politics - Lot of politics at all level, technical people are asked to report to managers who have zero technical / managerial skills. - Most of the managers praise engineers who close more sev4 issues than capable engineers who work on niche and difficult sev 1 issues. - Sales team would commit to deliver anything the customer asks for without understanding the fact if the operations team is capable enough to deliver. - HR is the worst, they took 7 months to complete and close my full and final settlement (that too after having the issue escalated and take a legal path)
