1. Pune HCL office has only 1 Client Deutsche Bank, So if you are not selected then you are forced to relocate or Resign. 2. Managers in Pune Yerwada Office, are very egoistic and they dont care if the person is on bench or on project. They send you for Client Interview without giving enough info about the expectation from client. 3. Variable in the salary is not more than 50 %. I havent got more than 50% till now. 4. Hike is 0%. Manager told me that you are already on high package so no hike. 5. My Friend is only on Y(Yet to be confirmed or Project), since 6 months and the Manager is just sitting doing nothing. He doesnt even knew that my friend is under him.
