      Avantages

      One will get chance to work with variety of tech. Lots of people to support. There are chances of going abroad but it all depends on the luck.

      Inconvénients

      too much work in very less time. no work life balance. girls are given favor during appraisals even they don't have talent. no compensation for hard work.
