      Easy to get the interview Multiple hiring Some project offer WFH option Hybrid mode

      Inconvénients

      Mainly they hire you directly to bench or for upcoming projects, if the project cancelled, there is no job security. They have different departments in a single company and each department act like different company. Transfering from one department to another is difficult, so getting internal job is difficult
