Setting aside the role itself, interacting with HR and navigating internal processes was consistently frustrating. The company website was difficult to use, with poorly designed interfaces that made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. Ironically, many of the website systems used by the clients we supported were also unreliable and poorly implemented. From my experience, there was a noticeable lack of technical expertise and knowledge-sharing within the team, which made collaboration and problem-solving more challenging than it needed to be. Although marketed as a “global” company, the majority of operations appear to be based in India, with many roles offshored.
