      Avantages

      Relatively easy to be consistent at. Pretty basic in terms of what you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely boring. You'll be sitting around most of the time waiting for users to come to you with issues, or for a new project to be given to you to start working on. They also do not like when you use your phone or otherwise preoccupy yourself when there is nothing else to actively do.
