      Avantages

      Projects where recurring revenue is there- resources who work minimal are there for years.

      Inconvénients

      Projects where revenue is not there, there is no work life balance. Even most hardworking resources but unfavored by management can be put under scrutiny. So you can't sustain here for a longer time. There are other companies that pay you better.
