      Avantages

      The work load was not much. Also even if you fail to follow the RTO policies (12 day office) than also its fine. Good org to work after 40s as its pretty relax and chill

      Inconvénients

      After hiring the upraisal will happen after 18 months. and will be stuck with same tech stack no scope of learning
