-Real life understanding of how a large entity commissions and employs a studio to get a large scale project done. -Being in the field and getting experience with a major documentary. -Working with well known media entities as fellow professionals.

-Weird hours and timing did not always align with my college life. -Schedule to come in was hardly set, and would often rely on my availability and when they needed me. -My supervisors were switched in the middle of my internship and it led to awkwardness.

Good benefits, which have been scaled back over the years from great benefits. Not a high volume or stress environment.
