Have not been able to find one except that there are a few good people with a lot of experience working here.

Unfortunately, I have a list of cons. I joined this company (startup, if you would like to call it that) thinking that I will have a lot of scope to learn: 1. Mismanagement of talent. 2. No clarity of solutions/services to be provided. 3. Does not credit salary on time. (10-15 days delays on promised dates are standard) 4. No salary negotiations and hire on cheap stating they'll review salary post 3 months of probation period - with everyone! 5. Never deliver on time to clients - always lacking on their own commitments. 6. High-headed management with a know-it-all attitude. 7. Lack financial and business planning - mismanagement on all fronts!

I hardly see any pros in this company

Salary never on time Employees are made fool by the name of variable , no bonus no variable given No response to employee queries Completely unprofessional and mismanagement Capabilities of senior employees(18 yrs exp.) being judged by Junior level (2 yrs Exp.) Employees Decisions are made on managing director mood Pathetic manpower planning No maturity in management An employee can be asked to leave anytime as per M.D. mood No supporting environment Cheap politics No appreciation even if an employee give 200% only demotivating comments will be given
