      Avantages

      Growing company focused on sustainable technologies in water reuse. Focused on empowering employees to be innovative, promotes a great culture and treats their employees fairly. The company is lead by the founding CEO, which helps it retain its core spirit and mission. It is truly a fun and rewarding place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are slightly below market... but while companies with great benefits are looking at ways to reduce costs by decreasing coverage, H2O is looking at ways to improve... and has done so over the past couple of years.
