Avantages
-Best compensation and bonus offerings of any employer Ive seen -Excellent work/life balance, no cap on vacation as long as used reasonably -Incredibly good outlook, stock has literally doubled -Business balances old and new ways of providing services to their customers -Excellent benefits from health insurance to mental health -Multiple ways to develop yourself from LinkedIn Learning, to HR Block Academy, BetterUp, etc -Good balance of ways to allow you to work, from hybrid to fully remote -Effective and motivational townhalls -Very proactive thinking instead of reactive that Ive seen in other employers -Virtually non-existent toxicity in the workplace compared to other places -Amazing HQ facility in KC
Inconvénients
-Occasional transitions can lack adequate detail on their planned execution for the stakeholders that will be impacted by them -Occasional asks from senior management can come with very short notice or adequate detail on what's needed and as a result came come across as not being very organized -Direction to people leaders on how to assess their talent can contradict from one meeting to the next which can be frustrating sometimes. And calling this out is not met very well by senior leadership.
