Avantages
You get your taxes done free; the coworkers are usually friendly and work together well. We're all we have and we need each other's support to make it through the day; it's a great environment especially if you had a good office manager like my office does. Those little things make the experience better. The flexibility in scheduling is pretty good.
Inconvénients
The company itself is stingy and tight with well-deserved money for office supplies and bonuses.The workers have to spend their own money to market and promote the business and H&R Block hardly pays any attention to your expense report. They want you "go the extra mile" to promote their business and put more money in their hungry pockets,and we get paid little,tax pros and client services professionals.Mystery shoppers call constantly and make themselves so obvious,it's sickening,so just tell them what they want to hear.
