Inconvénients
You would always be on contract only..so you never get any Govt salary/leave benefits(though your contract will be renewed year by year) No growth in technical knowledge...as not much technical work to do as the project on which you would be working would actually be looked by some other bigger company so you would be left giving Technical support only. GIL actually charges the Govt around 25k for you while it gives you only 10-15k as salary.
