Inconvénients
As GDV is an old and well established organisation they have set ways of doing things that correlate with traditional domestic animal husbandry and management. Due to this working in this role at GDV may not align with some individuals when it comes to personal approaches to animal welfare and behavioural management methods; approaches to animal management differ greatly among individuals and those who come into this role with previously developed experience and knowledge may not agree with some of the management methods used.
