I work 100% remotely, with people that I enjoy working with. The work can be challenging yet very rewarding. The leadership provides opportunities for learning and growth. Incredible flexibility and provides support for a good work/life balance.
Inconvénients
Although remote work is absolutely amazing, it is difficult to connect personally with coworkers and build rapport with the team outside of meetings.
