      Supportive team, comparatively high salary for fresh graduates, and clear promotion scheme with well-defined KPIs. Work on days off are replaced with other day off.

      Inconvénients

      Work can lead to stagnation, as day-to-day responsibility rarely touches anything other than SSRs. Extra work often not appreciated.

      This is a place that challenges you to grow and learn on your own accord. Support is available, but they teach you what you need to know to be ready for any task.

      Communication at times is lacking and it might be hard to get things rolling when everyone us super busy.
