No positives really just an awful place to be

No learning allowed between team members creating a stagnation in developing new skills. Awful atmosphere where the management can flip and start shouting at you. Constantly watched on cameras which is illegal. The little respite to the long hours with the radio was thrown down the back of the car park when the manager had a tantrum. No flexibility in anything. Having to book off holiday to go to a 30 min dr appointment. All meetings had a negative atmosphere and were just blaming the team. Team lead of the service desk team was a bully who did the bare minimum and got credit for catching other employees on minor mistakes caused due to stress. The office was small and cold causing some to wear coats indoors. Small desks with uncomfortable old chairs. The whole way the business operated felt inefficient and like you were in an episode of rogue traders sometimes. Avoid this place at all costs

Being an SME you learn lots about the working processes of the company; this would not be possible in larger organisations. You gain more a broader depth of knowledge. Amazing team players, everyone pulls together to get the right result for the customer. Will pull out all the stops to get the job done. Innovative and forward thinking. Highly skilled IT Technicians

Office could get a little noisy when all the Engineers were on calls; this was resolved by a re-work of the space.
