The attrition rate is insanely high. The pay is poor but expectations are even more than agreed scope of work. Management structure is very poor with no interest in development or accountability. They treat employees poorly because they know they can take advantage since they hire whoever they know can't get other opportunities and have dependents. The managing director regardless of what his position name implies has absolutely no sense of direction and communicates very poorly ( i was called and recruited by him and worked right under him but curranty in my 2 weeks notice after making the choice to resign after 6 months) doesn't know too much about managing nor mentoring nor has a plan or direction but somehow still wants the work to be done his way even though his way is uninformed. The finance manager talks to people in a very rude and condescending way. The HR department while it should be a separate entity answers to the finance manager and is not given policies for employee wellbeing whatsoever rather given the responsibility to save money for the company and to carry out unethical salary cuts etc. The technical manager actually takes on a lot of the work responsibilities that should be done by the managing director. Oh yeah and all this while asking for 10 hours in a day shift.
