      Avantages

      Ongoing training is wonderful. It's a great place for new stylists to learn. Management works closely with stylists to give performance feedback.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay and high cost of health insurance. Too much emphasis is put on haircut times. It's hard to make a connection with a customer in 14 minutes.

      Avantages

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Inconvénients

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
