      Avantages

      There at some times a way you can make commission tips and hrly pay and u may like the hours

      Inconvénients

      You don't make great pay unless you hit bonus and make great tips and you have to be very fast and work double just to get to bonus not very often u make it

      Avantages

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Inconvénients

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
