      Its a great place for someone who just graduate from beauty school to seasonal professional Good training Flexible hour Decent take home money

      Its all about location and franchise. Some location and franchise are just better than others

      Avantages

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Inconvénients

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
