      Avantages

      You can have a real impact here if you’re willing to take ownership. The pace is fast, the work matters, and there are a lot of smart people trying to build something strong. I’ve worked with people here who genuinely care about the company, the clients, and doing things the right way.

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot happening at once, and the pace can feel intense at times. Priorities can move quickly, and growing into the next stage naturally comes with some pressure- it's a good spot if you're ready for that! For people who like ownership, urgency, and building while the company grows, the pace can be energizing.
