      None they were unorganized and a sham

      Inconvénients

      Everything I was the 5th person hired for a role I 8 months that was supposed to be route but the owner doesn't know what he wants and communication is all over the place.

      Avantages

      I worked here for 7 years and always felt valued, Work-Life balance is great for an MSP, Not too much weekend/After Hours/On Call work.

      Inconvénients

      I worked there a long time and only left because I moved to another state.
