Top-down, everyone cares and there is a circle of trust that really allows you to fail forward and be creative. One of the best parts, is being fully remote, so you can kiss the commute goodbye! Hands down, the best work experience I've had. Coming from a job which felt like a job, to something in which you're an independent contributor, where your voice is heard, really makes you roll out of bed each morning.

The onboarding could have been improved, but that comes with the territory of being one of the very first employees to a start up! This has been greatly improved with the great additions to our team and tool stack.
