No CTO so no technical visionary. Couple of middle managers pretending to be technical leaders. They are clearly out of their depth. The company has a practice of not trusting their employees. micro-management is prevalent Lack of transparency from the top. The left hand and doesn’t know what the right hand is doing - by design. One time I saw one employee publicly berate/act aggressively towards another employee during stand up, which wasn’t handled by the management at all. In fact the employee’s manager tried to justify the aggression ???? WTH. I’ve heard it happened before in the past.
