My experience with this sales manager has been disappointing. One of the biggest issues is the obvious favoritism shown toward certain employees. Rather than creating a fair and supportive team environment, opportunities, recognition, and attention often seem to be reserved for a select few. This has caused morale to drop and has made it difficult for others to feel valued for their contributions.
