Avantages
The work itself is easy and teaches you the basics of working in a warehouse. If you are lucky enough to have good co-workers, it makes the job easy.
Inconvénients
The pay is the same across the board, regardless of whether you work day shift or overnight, and it's barely enough to get by. The upper management is shady and lacks communication with the OAs. No room for growth at all. People come in like a revolving door, and it's always understaffed.
